CWPL have a comprehensive in-house toolmaking facility. We are able to manufacture male and female format thermoforming tools, as well as the production of the associated CNC programmes and fixtures and any relevant assembly jigs and fixtures. Customers can provide data to our in-house CAD facility in the format of a drawing, a sample or a CAD file. CWPL are capable of manufacturing entire suites of tools concurrently.
