CWPL is a Plastics Engineering Company based in Wokingham, Berkshire. The Company has been established for over 70 years and employs around 50 people. CWPL has invested in CAD technologies and technology based machinery that make it a market leader today.

Vaccum Forming, Press Forming and Pressure Forming are all common names for variants of the thermoforming process.
The CNC machining process offers an accurate and reliable method of producing 3-D trimming on thermoformed components. CWPL have a range of 5-axis CNC machines, which are capable of repeatedly accurate routing and drilling, enabling the production of technically competent and accurate components.
CWPL have a comprehensive in-house toolmaking facility. We are able to manufacture male and female format thermoforming tools, as well as the production of the associated CNC programmes and fixtures and any relevant assembly jigs and fixtures.
As well as in-house fabrication and assembly, we can also offer a range of sub-contract services such as painting, screening, shielding
